Pricing for Vendor Spaces

There are 4 Different Types of Tent Spaces available for the NJFF.

  1. Food Vendors are vendors who are selling food or beverages. They will occupy the Small Parking lot as in the past. Click here for the food vendor application

  2. Reader Spaces are for Readers who are not selling any products. This reduced price seat will be under the large tents set up on the lawn in front of the House. Healer Spaces are for Healers who are not selling any products. Healers will be seated in the first floor of the house.

  3. Premium Tent Spaces. These vendor spaces will be located in one of 2 areas: With the Barn Doors being the main and only entrance to the Fair, Barn Spaces are Premium for Visitor traffic. In addition, spaces along the main parking lot are also considered Premium. These spaces will be charged at a slightly higher fee than normal Vendor Tent Spaces, they will still be assigned by the Event manager

  4. Regular Vendor Spaces are for Vendors of all kinds (except Food) who will bring their own Tent, and be assigned a space by the Event Manager. Vendors of similar products will be placed away from each other.

Brochure Ad

For New Jersey Fairy Fair 2020 we will be creating a brochure that gives vendors and sponsors a chance to advertise their business to visitors of the Fairy Fair. It also assists visitors in browsing the variety of wonderment waiting to be discovered. The Brochures will be 5.5" X 8.5" and will be sold the day of the fair for $2. Purchasing an ad for our brochure qualifies you for a discount on your tent space! The Advertising team will contact you to get the exact images/text used in the Ad before May 15. All brochure material is due by May 15.

There are 3 types of ads that you can purchase:

  1. Business card size advertisement $20 - 2 x 3.5 inch advertisement in the official brochure qualifies you for 10% discount on tent price

  2. Half page size advertisement $40 - 4 x 5.5 inch, half page advertisement in the official brochure qualifies you for 20% discount on tent price

  3. Full page size advertisement $60 - 8 x 5.5 inch, full page advertisement in official brochure qualifies you for 25% discount on tent price

Special Information For Readers & Healers

Readers will be seated under a large tent on the lawn in front of the house. These spaces are for people who are reading only. (No selling). Healers will be seated indoors, in a large room on the first floor of the house. Both Readers & Healers will need to bring their own tables and chairs. To have your name and information printed on the Reader Healer Signs and in the Brochure (for free) you must submit info prior to May 15. If you are a Reader or Healer who also sells products, you must purchase a regular vendor space and be placed among the regular vendors. You can still have your information printed in the Brochure if submitted prior to May 15.

Important Vendor Information

  • Setup: 11 am to 12 pm

  • Fair Hours: 12 pm to 7:30 pm

  • Clean up: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

    Vendors are responsible for leaving their space as they found it. Please take all food and refuse when you leave.

You must supply your own tent, table, etc.. A hand truck is recommended for Load in. No cars are permitted on the lawn. Tent Spaces are generally 10 X 10.

Representatives of multi-level marketing companies will not be accepted. These companies do not align with New Jersey Fairy Fair’s philosophy. We cannot endorse the exploitation of small business owners and the entrepreneurial spirit.

2020 New Jersey Fairy Fair, Sunday, June 14, 2020

Set up at 11 am. Fair is held from 12 pm to 7:30 pm. There is no "rain date" for this fair. Please put all your Fairy Energy into having a dry event day!

  1. "Vendors" shall mean all parties who are paying for a space and who wish to participate in the New Jersey Fairy Fair for 2020 being held at the Glenburn Pavillion in Riverdale, NJ on June 14th, Sunday, 2020. "Vendors" may include a business, an individual, or an organization including schools.

  2. Only one Vendor may operate in each space, sharing of booth space with other businesses or organizations is prohibited. Booth/tent space may not be reassigned or sublet. Vendors may not distribute, display, or sell products, literature, or other items from any business or organization other than the one specifically contracted with The New Jersey Fairy Fair.

  3. The New Jersey Fairy Fair reserves the right to change the location, dates, hours, or to terminate entirely the operation of the scheduled event, at any time and without prior notice to the vendor. The New Jersey Fairy Fair will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to vendors of any changes or cancellations.

  4. Items and products: all Vendors will send a list of all items or products to be sold, distributed free or sampled; these must be approved by the Executive Producer of The New Jersey Fairy Fair prior to the start of the event. Balloons, stickers, t-shirts, or posters may not be sold or distributed free without prior consent of The New Jersey Fairy Fair Executive Producer.

General Rules for Vendors:

  • Vendors must take full responsibility for set-up and other display materials; The New Jersey Fairy Fair will establish set-up and takedown times.

  • Vendors must have personnel present in their booths at all times during the official operating hours.

  • Vendors may not open or close earlier or later than the official operating hours.

  • Vendors must keep all displays, merchandise, etc. within the confines of the tent or space itself. Vendors must maintain a neat & clean area, and keep boxes out of site.

  • Vendors may not hawk, peddle, sell or advertise outside of the assigned area.

  • Vendors must return the areas to their pre-Fair condition (if The New Jersey Fairy Fair determines that repair and cleaning costs will be incurred, the Vendor will be billed for the cost of the repair and/or cleaning).

  • Vendors must operate their business in a professional manner. At the discretion of The New Jersey Fairy Fair, any Vendors, or any agent, or employee of the Vendor who does not conduct himself/herself, in a professional manner according to the policies contained herein may be removed from the Fair. Fair coordinators reserve the right to remove any objectionable merchandise from any booth.

  • Vendors that are using an electric generator or any other motor must soundproof that device to the satisfaction of the Executive Producer of the New Jersey Fairy Fair.

  • Vendors must park their vehicles in designated parking only. Vehicles left in the Guest (Main) parking lot may be towed at Vendor’s expense.

  • Readers purchasing a “Reader Only” spot, must sit inside the space designated by The New Jersey Fairy Fair. These vendors agree to not sell any other products.

  • Healers purchasing a “Healer” spot, must sit inside the space designated by The New Jersey Fairy Fair and agree not to sell any other products.

  • Food Vendors must show proof of Health and Fire Permits by June 1, 2020 or they will not be allowed to participate in The New Jersey Fairy Fair.

  • All Vendors consent to maintain a positive outlook about The New Jersey Fairy Fair and do their best to add to the general happy, peaceful atmosphere of the Fair.

Premium Vendor Space and Application

They come at a slightly higher cost but reside in choice locations that optimize setup time and foot traffic.

These spaces are located at the boundary of the large parking lot and inside the barn. There is a LIMITED amount of spaces.

Arrangement of spaces will be designated by the event manager. If you would like to secure a Premium vendor space which comes with easier setup and more foot traffic you need to purchase a premium vendor space. Purchasing this space means that the event manager will assign you a space on the day of the fair.

These spaces are for vendors who are selling a service and not a product. If you are additionally selling anything you will need to purchase a vendor space which gives you a larger space. Reader or Healer spaces will be designated by the event manager.
