Fair hours are from 12 pm to 7:30 pm
Set up is at 11 am
Cleanup is from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Vendors are responsible for removal of their own garbage from the site. Please take all Food and refuse with you when you leave.

How to Apply
First, you need to know which kind of vendor space you are applying for. There are 4 kinds
Food Vendor - These are vendors who serve food. If you are familiar with the setup last year these will be in the same place in the small parking lot.

Readers or Healers - These are vendors who are not selling any products. They will be placed in a designated area for readers and healers.

Regular Vendor - These are vendors who are selling non-food goods. They will be assigned a space by the Event Manager.

Premium Vendor - These are vendors who are willing to pay extra to secure a premium location. There are a limited amount of premium spaces located in the barn and along the edge of the parking lot where visitors come through first. The barn doors will be the main and only entrance for guests so having a Premium space will guarantee a lot of traffic.

You have the option of paying through this website, by check, or PayPal. If you do not purchase the space during the application process we will invoice you.
General Info for Vendors
You must supply your own tent, table, etc.
Tent Spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet
Electrical for all vendors (besides food vendors) is an additional $15 and must be added during checkout
A hand truck is recommended as cars are NOT permitted on the lawns
Prices for vendor spaces will go up as the fair date approaches. Current prices will increase on March 15.

Info for Readers & Healers
Readers will be seated under a large tent on the lawn in front of the house. These spaces are for people who are reading only. (No selling). Healers will be seated in the large room on first floor of the house. Both Readers & Healers will need to bring their own tables and chairs. If you are a Reader or Healer who also sells products, you must purchase a regular vendor tent space and be placed among the regular vendors.
Info for Food Vendors
Food Vendors will be in the same place as they were at Fairy Fair 2019, in the small parking lot of Glenburn Pavillion
Food Vendors must contact Riverdale Fire Department and Pequannock Department of Health prior to May 1st in order to get permits processed ahead of the Fair Date. No Food Vendors will be allowed to sell unless all paperwork is in order prior to June 1. Copies of Food and Fire permits must be forwarded via email to FairyFair444@gmail.com prior to June 1
Brochure Ads
At this year’s Fairy Fair visitors will have the chance to learn about your business in our brochure
Brochures will be sold to visitors for $1
Brochure ads are available for you to purchase at varying sizes here
Brochure ad information must be emailed to fairyfair444@gmail.com and paid for before May 15 in order to be in The New Jersey Fairy Fair 2020 brochure
Purchasing a brochure ad along with your vendor spot qualifies you for a discount on your vendor spot
In the vendor application you will have the chance to add the brochure advertisement purchase to your cart (please follow the directions for the discount)
If you do not wish to pay through the website you can notify us that you want to purchase ad space through the application process. We will invoice you with the discounted price.
